Terms & Conditions
Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any goods with us. By ordering goods from easyschoolbooks.ie you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of purchase listed in the terms below.
1. ORDERING
By purchasing goods from easyschoolbooks.ie you are placing an order with Gort School Supplies. All orders are processed within 24 hours of arrival and are usually shipped within 48 hours. If an order is placed for items which are reprinting or out of stock then this may take longer. If you have any queries regarding an order placed don't hesitate to call us on 091 632791. Please have the order number you were issued with when placing the order at hand.
2. DELIVERY
Deliveries are only made within the Republic of Ireland and all goods are delivered by Post or by Courier. Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of arrival of the order. If an order is placed for items which are reprinting or out of stock then this may take longer. There is a maximum delivery charge of €6.50 on all orders and the breakdown of shipping charges are as follows:
- 1 Item - €2.50
- 2 Items - €5.00
- More than 2 Items - €6.50
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 'no quibble' return and refund policy here at easyschoolbooks.ie. We will exchange or refund any item as long as it is returned in mint condition and there are no markings on the item being returned. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of an order to have an item exchanged or refunded. If an item being exchanged or refunded is damaged or marked in any way it may be subject to a fee and will be exchanged or refunded at a discounted price. If you have any queries regarding returns and refunds call us on 091 632791. Please have the order number you were issued with when placing the order at hand.
4. SECURITY
We provide a secure online payment environment by using AIB's and Realex Payments' credit/debit card processing technologies. With the latest SSL security technologies your credit/debit card details are only entered under secure conditions. Before you provide your credit/debit card details you will be forwarded to a secure online payment server to make your payment.
5. PRICING
All prices for stationery on this web site are inclusive of VAT at 21.5%. All prices for books on this web site are exclusive of VAT. easyschoolbooks.ie reserves the right to change the price of any stationery item presented on this web site at any stage without the need for any prior notice.
